Papoose springs into action funding soft landings for WRHS Cheerleading

Papoose gave funds to the WRHS Cheerleaders to cover costs for some gymnastic mats to assist current and future athletes with their tumbling skills. Specifically, the grant will purchase a large hex mat to backhand spring over, and large wedge mats to practice drills for tucks and backhand springs. This equipment is necessary for Cheerleaders that would like to tryout at the colligate level so they can master the backhand spring and back tuck. These mats will serve over 30 girls and boys this year, and more into the future.
